Originally from West Palm Beach, Michael set out to explore opportunities in cities like Orlando and Key West. After gaining considerable experience and valuable relationships in these places, he did a full circle back to his roots to embark on an endeavor all his own; Establish his private practice that focuses on providing devoted service excellence to those seeking justice.

Prior to starting his private practice, Michael worked as an Assistant Public Defender of the Office of the Public Defender, 15 Judicial Circuit in West Palm Beach. There, he managed all facets of criminal defense representation for clients facing first to third-degree felony charges. His extensive skill set extends to drafting motions, memorandum of law, violation of probation, and open pleas to the Judge. Michael's legal journey also took him to the 16th Judicial Circuit in Key West where he managed criminal defense cases and used his acuity by trying both misdemeanor and felony trials with admirable outcomes.

 

Though, this is not the first time Michael has set out on his own path - having been responsible for a spectrum of duties, including advocating for children as a Guardian ad Litem, managing business contract disputes at mediation conferences, and representing clients in criminal matter. His adeptness also encompassed assisted clients with intricate issues involving trusts, wills, and estates.

Michael Earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Central Florida. He went on to obtain his Juris Doctor degree from Florida A&M University College of Law.

 Beyon his academic and professional achievements, Michael has alos been involved in the legal community. He served as the past vice president of the FLorida Keys Chapter of the Florida Assocaion of Criminal Defense Lawyers, further Exemplifying his commitment to the field.
